$435 for faculty and staff

$150 for graduate students

Includes:

  • Welcome Reception/Dinner

  • 3 full days of content sessions/break-out groups (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

  • Morning and afternoon refreshments Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

  • Group lunch on Tuesday

  • Access to all course materials and participant contact information (with permission), participant notebook

We’re also offering a free and optional meditation workshop on Monday afternoon, June 24th to engage in group practice and explore elements of guiding group meditation practices. There is no price difference if you attend this workshop or not.

Cost of Attendance

 To estimate your cost of attendance, keep the following in mind: 

-Airfare or gas

- Program Hotel: book by June 2nd to book within the group block.

The Graduate Madison: $199/night + taxes

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Graduate Madison hotel, less than two blocks from the Pyle Center where workshop sessions will be held. The hotel provides, complimentary WiFi, complimentary bike rentals, and valet parking for $34 + tax per night ($40 + tax per night for oversized vehicles). Individuals will be held to the hotel’s cancellation policy. In the event a guest who has reserved a room within your block checks out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of $75.00 will be charged to that guest’s individual account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel at or before check-in.

-Incidentals (e.g. daily breakfast, airport transfers, parking)

Breakfast is not included but substantial morning refreshments/snacks will be provided each day.

Lunch is not included in the program on Wednesday and Thursday based on past participant feedback. There are many good places to have lunch within a short and pleasant walk of the conference facility.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be received in writing by June 7, 2024 to qualify for a full refund, minus a $45.00 cancellation fee. Due to catering and other contract commitments, no refunds will be issued after June 7, 2024, unless we are able to fill your spot with someone from the waitlist.
